Why is the Milka cow lilac?

chocolate

Why is the Milka cow lilac?
Because it%26#039;s cuter that way :)
Reply:What the frell are you talking about? And who are you talking to?

And to the person who first answered...Cuter? What the cow, the lilac, or the chocolate...or are you saying the Milka is...Where the ... do some of these questions evolve?
Reply:Lets face it,milk %26amp; associated dairy products are just a little boreing so the Ghengis Khans of milk must feed the beast (you/me)
Reply:Well Milka chocolate originates from Switzerland where the cows are reared in the alps and live primarily on a diet of heather (the purple wild flower) over the years these cows have actually evolved to have small lilac marks on their fur. It works in much the same way that if humans eat loads of carrots their skin tends to get an orangey tone to it. Obviously the cows aren%26#039;t lilac all over, quite to the extent in the commercial... they have made it a full on lilac cow but that%26#039;s artistic licence for you.
