A good environmentally friendly method, mix 1 tbl spoon of normal dish soap in a 5l bucket of water. If possible add a cup full of Marigold blooms. Allow to stand overnight.
Spray on effected area. 2 - 3 time should do the trick.

There is a powder you can get at your local wal-mart or even your Green house or hardware store for this and it will not hurt your Flowers they was on out pine tress one year we have over 100 .But it worked.
